Business Transformation Coaching by Dush Ramachandran was born out of Dush’s passionately held belief that entrepreneurs are the engines of the world’s economy. Dush often says “Governments don’t create jobs. Entrepreneurs do”. He believes that the greatest opportunity the world has to pull itself out of its current troubles, is to allow imaginative, creative, hardworking entrepreneurs the ability to succeed. National success will follow. His vision is to provide every entrepreneur with the tools, coaching and help needed to achieve their dreams.

Having lived and worked in 6 countries on three continents, Dush has observed that the societies that have thriving vibrant economies are the ones with a strong entrepreneurial culture. Dush’s dream of helping entrepreneurs succeed and achieve their fullest potential is enabled by the internet which has made a successful business accessible to many.

Dush started with virtually nothing but $50 and the clothes on his back, and has built a great life starting, building and selling two companies.  Most recently he was Vice President of Sales and Business Development at ClickBank where he was instrumental building the company into the digital product powerhouse it is today with over 70,000 products from more than 13,000 vendors, processing more than 30,000 transactions daily. Prior to ClickBank, Dush held senior management and executive roles at a number of technology companies with worldwide responsibilities.

Dush is a sought after entrepreneur, speaker, and radio show host who is alsoactive in the internet marketing community and serves on the advisory boards of a number of industry organizations such Affiliate Summit, A4U Expo in Europe and the Internet Marketing Executive Club. Dush is the host of radios shows Entrepreneur Effect on Webmasterradio.fm and Genius Chat on GeekCast.fm. Dush has a BS in Physics and an MBA with concentration in Marketing.
